L O A D I N G

SEO & Organic Growth

I’m Asad Saimon, an SEO consultant based in Luton. I help UK recruitment agencies and service businesses turn organic search into booked enquiries — not just rankings on a report. That means fixing what is technically broken first, then building the pages that answer what your buyers actually type, then earning the links that make those pages competitive. You work with me directly throughout: no account manager, no junior picking up your brief, and no jargon in your monthly report.

Why Choose Our Services?

  • Organic enquiries you can count, not just keyword positions
  • Technical fixes that actually get re-crawled and indexed
  • Pages built around how UK buyers really search
  • Local visibility across Luton, Bedfordshire and London
  • Links from publications and sites that carry real weight
  • Visibility in AI search — AEO and GEO built in, not bolted on
  • Direct access to me by phone and email, with no account manager

Service Process

Most SEO problems are not mysterious. Sites load slowly, pages target words nobody searches, old content is never cleaned up, and nothing tells Google which page matters most. That is why every engagement starts with an audit — so we both know exactly what is wrong before you spend a penny on content or links. The audit and roadmap is £950 as a one-off and is yours to keep whether or not we work together again. Ongoing SEO starts at £750 a month for local businesses and £1,500 a month for agencies competing nationally.

  • Audit — I crawl your site and the three agencies outranking you
  • Roadmap — every fix prioritised by effort against likely impact
  • Technical — speed, crawlability, structure and schema
  • Content — the pages your buyers are actually searching for
  • Authority — digital PR and links that move competitive terms
  • Reporting — monthly, on enquiries and calls, not vanity metrics

Frequently asked questions

Technical fixes can show within four to eight weeks. Competitive commercial terms realistically take six to nine months to compound, because content has to age and links have to be found. Anyone promising faster in a competitive UK market is either guessing or selling you something else.

Both. I’m based in Luton, so local work across Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire and North London is a natural fit. I also work with clients in Ireland, the EU, North America and the Gulf, and I invoice in GBP, USD or EUR.

A technical audit, keyword and competitor research, on-page optimisation, content strategy and production, link acquisition, Google Business Profile work where it applies, and monthly reporting. What gets prioritised depends on what the audit finds — I don’t run the same checklist on every site.

No, and anyone who does is misleading you. Google’s results vary by query, location and device, so a guaranteed position is not something any consultant controls. What I will commit to is telling you honestly what is achievable on your budget before you sign anything.

By enquiries, calls and form submissions — the things that pay your invoices. Rankings and traffic are useful diagnostics, but first place for a term nobody buys from is not success. I set up conversion tracking in Google Analytics 4 at the start so the numbers are real.

Yes, monthly. Each report says what changed, what it cost and what it produced, in plain English. If something is not working I will tell you before you ask — that is a large part of what you are paying for.

AEO is Answer Engine Optimisation and GEO is Generative Engine Optimisation: making sure your business is the source an AI engine cites when it answers a question, rather than a competitor. A growing share of searches now end without a click, so this is no longer optional. I build it into the same work rather than selling it separately.

Both. The £950 audit and roadmap is a fixed-scope one-off and is yours to keep. Ongoing retainers start at £750 a month for local businesses and £1,500 a month for agencies competing nationally, with a three-month minimum because SEO cannot be judged in four weeks.

Yes, and it is often the cheapest way to work. If you already have writers, I give them briefs, keyword targets and structure, then review what comes back. You pay me for the strategy rather than the word count.

If you want me to, yes — I work in WordPress daily and can implement directly. If you would rather keep control, I will hand your developer a prioritised ticket list with exact instructions. Either way I never change anything on a live site without telling you first.

Yes, but not bulk link buying. I earn links through digital PR, industry publications, local business media and genuine partnerships. Cheap link packages are the fastest way to get a site penalised, and I will not do it even if you ask.

Yes. Everything I do follows Google’s Search Essentials. No cloaking, no private blog networks, no doorway pages. It is slower than the alternative, but it is the only approach that survives an algorithm update.
